Stop procrastinate. Do it now

Making u more valuable in what eva u do.
Eat that frog is do 1 task the hard. If u have 2 frog eat the ugliest first.
Discipline urself to do the very hard task early in morning.
The key to your maximum productivity and performance is to do eat ur frog every morning. Resist to stop with the easiset task in the morning.
U must develop a routine to eat the frog first early morning.
Many people confuse between activity and accomplishments. 99% success is determine by habit develop over the time.
Do repetitive until it lock into ur subconscious mind and become habit. Once become habit it will automatic and much easier.

Practise praktis and praktice over the time. Practise is the key to master all the skill. With practise u can learn and build and behaviour that u consider and desirable.

U need 3 quality to develop a habit and focus.
3 quality they are decision, discipline and determination.
First, make a decision to develop a habit and task.
Second discipline urself practise to learn and to master them.
Last determine to do it consistently until it lock in ur mind and become habit.
Ur mental pictures is powerful impact. Visualise urself as a person u intend to be in future. The person u see is the person u be.
U have virtually unlimited capability develop new skill habit.
When u train urself practise repetitive , overcome procrastination and get ur task done quickly u r moving urself in the fasttrack in ur life and career.
